Acquisition Reform & category management

SRG has provided executive-level program management services supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, including oversight, management, and implementation of VA enterprise-level category management services. Our program initiatives and data analytics capabilities resulted in a $2.4B cost avoidance for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Additionally, working closely with our teaming partners, we led the development of the Analytics, Data, and Decision Support Unified Platform (ADDS UP), a critical tool used to give visibility and reduce costs for products and services, which resulted in the Director of the Category Management Support Office receiving the highly coveted Federal 100 Award.

Due to SRG’s Category Management accomplishments at the Department of Veterans Affairs, we are now teamed with one of our small business partners to deliver these acquisition reform services to the Department of Health and Human Services.
