Strategic Resilience Group (SRG) is seeking a Research Engineer to apply expertise in developing innovative, cost-effective solutions to enhance research methodologies, techniques, procedures, and technologies.

This role involves providing technical and managerial direction for problem definition, analysis, requirement development, and implementation of complex engineering systems. Responsibilities include designing, conducting, and evaluating new approaches to meet technical requirements efficiently, performing risk assessments, and leveraging emerging research concepts to drive improvements. The Research Engineer will also provide recommendations and strategic guidance on research development, optimization, and support initiatives.
