This role involves designing or refining methodologies to address complex challenges, considering the capabilities and constraints of Defense systems, operational timelines, and desired outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing detailed specifications for research programs, overseeing program design, testing, and documentation, and ensuring the effective application of research analysis techniques.
